The device is used as a kitchen for baking & cooking food and/or for space heating using solid fuel (natural wood logs).
The main parts that make up the body of the device are made of cast iron. Instead, the inner parts of the oven and the ashtray as well as the internal flue deflector are made of steel sheet metal.
The device is manually powered and intended to be installed as a free standing device.
The primary combustion air enters with a natural flow from a circular regulator device installed on the ashtray panel and has four (4) Ø10mm circular holes and is led directly into the fire chamber without preheating through the lower cast iron grate and fuel bed.
The secondary combustion air enters with a natural flow from a circular regulator device installed on the door of the urn recess and is led directly to the flame chamber without preheating.
The flue gases produced during the process of burning the fuel, are led either directly to the mouth of the flue, leaking the oven from its roof, or are led around the perimeter (sideways & below) of the oven before exiting from the same mouth of the flue.
