Terms of sale of products (Order / Contract)

The order forms that you will receive for your purchase contain any specific terms that govern in addition to the terms of this contract, the purchase of each specific product. The Company reserves the right to reserve and / or refuse to execute orders if it discloses within a reasonable time the reasons for the relevant reservation and / or refusal. In case of any problem, complaint, observation, etc. that arises during the use of the online store, the user must immediately inform the Company.

Withdrawal / Return / Product Replacement
The Company in this case must return to you the money you paid as a price for the purchase of the product, and not the shipping or cash on delivery costs that you may have paid for the execution of the order and which are borne exclusively by you, and the refund of your money will be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date we receive the product to be returned, according to the way you indicate and fill in the attached "Withdrawal Form" within the above deadline of your statement of withdrawal, otherwise the Company reserves the right to refund your money in the way it chooses. When the initial transaction has been made via credit, then the return is made only in the same way and not by sending money to the customer's account or any other way indicated by the customer. It is clarified at this point that any refund costs are borne solely by you.
You can also return the product you bought to the above address and request its replacement with another product of equal value to the price you have already paid or with an additional price if you wish, within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt product. The refund is only valid for distance purchases and not for in-store purchases.
In both cases, in order for the return to be possible, you must:
1. The product to be returned must be in the condition in which it was received, ie it must be complete, without damage, its packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the product, including all labels, necessary accompanying documents, etc. and in any case it has not been used. and
2. the product to be returned must be accompanied by the relevant purchase documents (receipt, bill of lading, etc.). If the above conditions are not met the product will be returned to you at your own expense.
On the contrary, if the return / replacement is due to a proven defect of the product, the shipping costs of the new product or your refund will be borne by the Company. Any damage to the product upon its return to us is borne exclusively by you.
