Payment ways & Shipping information

The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory. The products will be sent to you at the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form with the courier service "ELTA TACHYMETAFORES" and "SPEEDEX". The shipment will be made through the Hellenic Post Office for some areas where this is not possible through the courier service. In areas where it is not possible to send your order through the courier service, the shipping time is that provided by the Hellenic Post. Large volume and weight shipments will be made in collaboration with transport companies that serve your area respectively. In the above case there is no option of cash on delivery as this type of orders are served only through bank deposit. Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. The Company will make every effort to send you the products within the above deadlines, depending on the place of shipment, and always within a working day.

For products whose availability is "ON ORDER" and provided that they can be ordered from the Company's suppliers, the delivery time is set at approximately 5-20 working days (Monday to Friday) depending on the product category. The place of delivery is mentioned in the "Purchase Order". Ownership of the Product is transferred after full payment while the risk is transferred upon delivery to the buyer. We remind you that the Company is not responsible in cases of delay and / or inability to deliver due to force majeure (extreme weather events, strikes, etc.), however it must inform you in order to state if you wish to complete the transaction under the new conditions.
