Το τζαμι του χωρου καυσης ειναι κεραμικο πυραντοχο. Διαθετει ΠΟΛΥ ΜΕΓΑΛΟ φουρνο για ανετο μαγειρεμα με το μοναδικο αρωμα και γευση του ξυλοφουρνου. Εκτος απο φουρνο διαθετει και δυο ματια στην επανω πλακα για μαγειρεμα – βρασιμο. Διαθετει ταμπερ στην εξοδο της καπνοδοχου για μεταβολη του ελκυσμου. Διαθετει θερμομετρο φουρνου.
